2400 Apartments Project Over $300 Million USD At Nha Be District

2400 high-end apartments and a limited number of commercial landed houses at Nha Be District would be ready for construction in 2020. The project came to an agreement for co- developing between Keppel Land and Phu Long Company. Total capital for investment would reach more than $300 million USD ( more than VND 7400 billion), including all land lots fees.

This 2400 apartments in Nha Be District project would begin its first out of 3 phases in Q1/ 2020. There are 910 luxury apartments and serveral commercial landed houses to be completed in this phase. The constructing process would start as soon as authority agreement is made.

According to latest annoucement from Keppel Land, they assigned Monestine Company to sign a contract with Phu Long Company. As dealt, Keppel Land would have 60% shareholding in 6.2 hectares of 3 land lots in Nha Be District, HCMC.

These lots are situated 400 meters apart from each other, along side is Nguyen Huu Tho street. It is only 25 minutes away from Ho Chi Minh City center. There are many public utilities nearby such as SC VivoCity, Lotte Mart, Crescent Mall, Saigon South golf course …

Developing such new residence would contribute to huge appearance of Southern Saigon Urban Area. Many experts assumed that property value would gather momentum continuously when having new transport constructions. These projects required a capital of more than 5 billion USD.
